Kurt graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications where he moved to Minneapolis in 1994 working in sales and marketing. Buying his first small residential investment property in 1998 and purchasing and developing several more Kurt founded KJF Realty & Management Co, Inc. With that experience he developed an extensive network of highly professional and skilled vendor partners who Kurt refers to his clients in preparing their homes for sale.
